This is the 3rd winter I have had this stove, and my wife and I are very impressed as to how it has performed. Our family room is in the rear of our house (added on), and it has always been difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. Since I didn't have either natural gas or propane at my house, I researched everything carefully before my purchase. I ended up having my local propane company provide a 100 gallon tank (it usually lasts at least a full year), and I installed a flexible gas line to the new location. It was actually pretty simple for anyone who is handy with tools.

Though people are aware of all these safety features, they do not pay much attention. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has estimated that each year more than a thousand people get injured by electrical or gas appliances. This is mainly caused because people overlook safety features.
